Here’s how we handle returns and refunds for our products:
Digital Products
Our digital products (like downloads, printables, or online content) are delivered instantly, which means we can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your purchase is complete.
But don’t worry, if something goes wrong with your download or you have trouble accessing your files, just send us a note at service.littlelightpress@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.
Physical Products
Our physical items are either:
- Made-to-order print-on-demand products (created just for you!)
- Shipped by Amazon and backed by their customer service.
Because print-on-demand items are made especially for you, please make sure all personalization details (like names or messages), sizing, and colour choices are correct before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect details provided by the customer.
If you need to return or exchange a physical item, simply follow the instructions provided with your order from the POD provider. We would be happy to help if you have any other concerns, email us at service.littlelightpress@gmail.com.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
